By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. phinjoy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and any Balance forfeited.
phinjoy is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk. phinjoy makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use outside the Philippines.
To register a phinjoy Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current.
phinjoy may require Players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or accessing certain features. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
phinjoy strictly prohibits the registration of accounts by or on behalf of individuals under 21 years of age. Any attempt to circumvent age verification is a serious violation of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active phinjoy Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phinjoy reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phinjoy Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phinjoy will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified phinjoy of unauthorized access.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. phinjoy reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied.
phinjoy Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate Account termination.
phinjoy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players:
All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phinjoy does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling-related funding, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phinjoy reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the phinjoy Account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the phinjoy Platform and are subject to change. phinjoy reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the phinjoy Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phinjoy is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or e-wallet provider.
phinjoy may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus credits awarded by phinjoy are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion details. Wagers placed on certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
phinjoy employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and colluding with other players. Any Player found to be abusing phinjoy's bonus system will have their bonus credits voided, their Account suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited.
phinjoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. phinjoy also reserves the right to exclude any Player from participating in a specific promotion at its sole discretion.
Bonus credits and promotional funds are separate from your real-money Balance. Real-money funds deposited by you are always available for withdrawal (subject to KYC verification), regardless of any active bonus wagering requirements, unless you have opted into a specific bonus that locks your deposit balance during the wagering period.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in phinjoy's server logs shall be considered definitive. phinjoy endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phinjoy's reasonable control. phinjoy shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phinjoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phinjoy Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
In any event, phinjoy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phinjoy Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The phinjoy Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
phinjoy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to phinjoy's collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
phinjoy will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations. phinjoy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phinjoy reasonably believes that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players. Upon termination for cause, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited.
You may close your phinjoy Account at any time by contacting phinjoy customer support. Prior to Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable fees and subject to KYC verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus credits are non-refundable upon Account closure.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the phinjoy Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phinjoy Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through phinjoy's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Players who believe that phinjoy has acted in violation of applicable Philippine gaming regulations may file a complaint with PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
